He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Donna; his children, Robert Ratliff (Helen) and Jessica Krowl (Guy); his parents, Joan Ratliff and Fred Ratliff; and his siblings, Michael Ratliff (Divonna), Daniel Ratliff (Sandra), Thomas Ratliff, Theresa Lowery and Mary Milostan (Jimmy). He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial Gathering/Lodge of Sorrows will be held on Saturday, June 25, 2022 from 1pm until 5pm, with BPOE Lodge of Sorrows at 2pm, at Ferndale Elks Lodge, 22856 Woodward Ave. Family suggests memorials to the Veterans Charity of your choice.
