It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sarah Irene Lewis of Ferndale, Michigan, who passed away on July 11, 2020, at the age of 39, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Spencer Lewis MD. She is survived by: her mother Mary Lewis; and her siblings, Judith Lewis and Spencer Lewis. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
