He was predeceased by: his parents, Wiley Monger and Beulah Monger; and his sisters, Carol and Lorraine. He is survived by: his siblings, Gary, Faye, Lajuanda and Marlene; and his siblings-in-law, Shirley Monger and Cliff Hinds. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
