He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Hawkins and Virginia Hawkins; and his brothers-in-law, Larry Bourgeois (late Kathy) and John Bourgeois. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his brother Richard Hawkins (Sherry); and his siblings-in-law, Susan Patterson (Dan), MaryJo Marsh, David Bourgeois (Charlie) and Diane Forbes (late Douglas). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and one great great nephew.
