He is survived by: his parents, Stephen Urban of Ferndale and Marie Cardona (Joseph) of Hazel Park; his brother Jeremy Urban of Ferndale; his girlfriend Dawn Porter of Hazel Park; and his sons, Trevor and Hunter.

Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic, a private funeral service will be held at 11am on Monday, May 17, 2021.

In lieu of flowers, memorial tributes may be made to the charity of choice.
