He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Joseph and Henrietta Fournier (Huffner); his children, Donald Fournier, Michele Silvers and Elaine Ksiazek; and his sons-in-law, Michael Feeney and Gary Ksiazek.

He is survived by: his wife Adele Ruth Wuolukka; his children, David Fournier Jr. (Mary), Diane Feeney, Martha Martin (Mark), Daniel Fournier (Deborah), Janette Chalk (Ron), Richard Fournier (Barbara), Evelyn Borunda (Joe), Mary Lonergan (Jim) and Una Sheldon (Kevin); and his sisters, Gloria Rydecki and Henrietta Kowalski. He is also survived by 30 grandchildren, 43 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild.
