She was predeceased by: her husband George Thomas; her father Edgar Collins; and her sisters, Joyce Nettle, Joanne Rupert and Dorothy Knisley.

She is survived by: her children, Kevin Thomas (Geri) and Tracy Viggiano (Alan); and her sister Debbie Sandlin. She is also survived by five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
