He was predeceased by: his grandfather Harry; his father-in-law Ken Jeffers; and his aunt Donna Albaugh. He is survived by: his parents, Jerry Sorensen (Pat) of Fenwick and Elaine Gurry (Mike) of Beverly Hills; his wife Kenna Sorensen; his children, Mariah Sorensen of Fenwick, McKenzie Sorensen, Russell Sorensen II of Fenwick and Theodore Sorensen of Fenwick; his siblings, Val Sorensen of Lakeview, Dana Meyers (Todd) of Gaines, Lainy Orta (Juan) of Memphis, Jerry Jr. Sorensen (Maxine) of Sumner and Vance Sorensen (Laura) of Fenwick; his stepbrothers, Jack Dipiazza (Vilma) of Grand Rapids and Randy Dipiazza (Jodie) of Cedar Springs; his mother-in-law Doris Jeffers of Sheridan; his siblings-in-law, Priscilla Jeffers of Crystal and Jamey Jeffers (Lory Shepardson) of Sheridan; and also, Aunts, Uncles Betty, Bob Jones of Evansville, Shirley and Robert Nelson of Homosassa. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
