He was predeceased by: his parents, Buell Sr. and Helen; and his sister Beverly Sue. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; and his children, Daniel Cash (Ashley), Nicole Newsome (Russell), Colleen Wade (Gavin Wilson), Travis Wade (Tera) and Elizabeth Cash.
