He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanford Wentz and Helen Wentz (Gordon); and his siblings, Bessie Reed, Stanette Wentz, Rick and Mark Wentz.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; his children, Dawn Small (John) of Byron and William Gordon "Billy" Wentz, Jr. (Mary Stephens) of Fenton; his grandchildren, Sydney, Sam, Jaxon and Caitlyn; and his siblings-in-law, Jolene Wentz of Georgia, Penny Lucia (John) of Grosse Ile, Terry McCurdy (Walter) of Harrisville, Laurie Thomas of Fenton, Kenneth Landers of Fenton, Thomas Landers (Diane) of Byron, Robert Landers of Davison and John Landers (Diane) of Ohio. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
