He is survived by: his children, Tom Blevins, Dawn Schultz (Todd), Debbie Fulgencio (Aniceto), John Blevins (Dana), Tony Campbell (Monica) and Rachel Scofield; his grandchildren, Desire Blevins, Tom Blevins, Jonet Yousif, Julia Miller (Kyle), Justin Campbell, Travis Campbell, Taylor Campbell, Kristen Blevins, Dominick Blevins, Kaydence Blevins, Bella Blevins, Caitlyn Wentz, Riley Tedrow and Jace Scofield; his great grandchildren, Tyler Blevins, Naomi Yousif, Alannah Campbell and Richard Miller; and his sisters, Jerry Wickham and June Mckinnon. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
