She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Zack and Rita Marie Zack (Coismak); and her son Jacob Zack. She is survived by: her brother Michael Zack (Layne) of Fenton; her niece Morgan Zack of Durand; and her nephew Michael Zack (Rachel) of Mooresville, NC. She is also survived by 7 great nieces and 1 great nephew; and several cousins.
