He was predeceased by: his father Robert Parks, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Arlene Garcia of Holly; his children, Joshua Parks of Fenton, Samantha Parks of Fenton, Matthew Parks of Fenton, Thomas Parks of Fenton and Benjamin Parks of Fenton; his fiancé LeeAnne Cartwright of Fenton; his siblings, Robert Parks, Jr. (Heather) of Holly and Carrie Butts of Fenton; and his child Karrie Parks of Fenton. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
