He was predeceased by: his close friend Rich Herstein. He is survived by: his parents, Patrick O'Callaghan and Helen O'Callaghan (Cunningham); his siblings, Patrick O'Callaghan, Jr. (Deborah), Michael O'Callaghan (Carol) and Maureen Panone (Richard); and his nieces and nephews, Kaitlyn O'Callaghan, Andrea Casler, Kim Henson, Nolan O'Callaghan, Sean O'Callaghan, Aiden O'Callaghan, Daniel Panone, Nicholas Panone, Christopher Panone, Jessica Panone, Devyn Henson, Shelby Henson and Gavyn Henson While Tim. He is also survived by uncle for his many nieces and nephews.
