He was predeceased by: his wife Janet Louise Beaven Sloan; and his mother Ruth Sloan Girard. He is survived by: his sons, Lloyd W. Sloan, MD (Alisha) and Brian H. Sloan (Doreen); his grandchildren, Lucas, Christopher, Levi and Caela; and his former wife Diane K. Sloan.
