Johnson; his siblings, Cheryl Johnson, Wendy Madden, Joey Johnson (Amanda), Nick Johnson and Amanda DuBuc (Tom); his stepmother Kathy Johnson; and his nieces and nephews, Byron, Justin, Corey, Paige, Payton, Lily, Brody, Daisy and Casey. He is also survived by his family, friends.
