He was predeceased by: his parents, John McGuinness and Aileen McGuinness (Moroney); and his brothers, Eugene and Joseph. He is survived by: his siblings, John McGuinness (Rosemarie), Mary Rose MacMillan (Helen Wurz), Kevin McGuinness (Linda), Aileen Koziol (Lenny), Margaret McGuinness, James McGuinness (Christine), Kathleen Hodges (Dennis), Paul McGuinness (Sherrie) and Thomas McGuinness (Nancy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
