She was predeceased by: her parents, Alexander Burley and Anna Mae Burley (Nelson); her husband Jon Lewis; and her brother Michael. She is survived by: her children, Justin Cook (Lisa) and Erin Raabe; her grandchildren, Ethan, Angelina and Maximus Cook; her great grandchild Lincoln; her brother Noel Burley (Geraldine); and her cousin Debbie Hawes (Bob).
