He was predeceased by: his parents, Silviano Sr. Fulgencio (Emilia) and Emilia Fulgencio; his siblings, Javier, Jaime, Hector and Virginia; and his son Robert Patterson.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Fallis Fulgencio; his children, Silvia, Andrea Fulgencio (Joe Palmer), Cuahtemoc Fulgencio (Amanda Brand), Laura Sheldon (Emory), Karla Browning, Dave Hense (Carolynn Dougherty) and Michael Fallis (Don Koewers); his daughter-in-law Renee'Patterson; his grandchildren, Micaela, Andres, Amalia, Antonio, Sofia, Eron, Eisabela, Aaron, Andrew, Megan, Kirby, Anna, Matthew and Robert; his siblings, Jorge, Enrique, Eduardo, Arturo, José, Yolanda, Guadalupe and Hortensia; and his daughter Olga Delgado. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
