He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Dickinson and Barbara Dickinson (Bruner); and his sister Emma. He is survived by: his wife Tamara Lloyd (McKenzie); his children, Erica, Shane and Ethan Lloyd; his grandchildren, Ava, Nova, Natalia, Arilynn, Jimi, Zoe, Maddi, Layla, Dameon, Emerson, Dylan, Olivia, Dallas and Denver; and his siblings, Steve, Sadie, Florence Dickinson, Dee Folts, Barbara Blaine, Ellen Bush, Kathy Badgley, Sue Sternberg, Rose Blasdell and Charlotte Hagie.
