It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Buning Sr. (Fenton, Michigan), who passed away on November 25, 2021, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Catherine; his son Arnold; and his grandson Ben. He is survived by: his children, Richard Buning (Kelly), Allen Buning, Barbara Buning (Bobby), Todd Buning (Julianna), Thomas Shimmel (Tammy), Kelly Kowal-Dobbs (Jeremy), Mary Dragonetti (Mike) and Joshua Shimmel; his grandchildren, Tommy, Matt, Shay, Mike, Ricky, Jordan, Brandon, Ryan, Christina, Brodye, Kaleb, Chloe, Sylvia, Samantha, Seth, Summer, Patrick, Justin, Denny, Kaylee, Kaitlynn, Kaycee, Jazmynn and Jasper; his siblings, Leon Buning (Ruth), Cindy Myers (George) and Dave Buning; and his close friend Debbie Thomas. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and loving friends.
