She was predeceased by: her parents, Ulis P. McClanahan and Garnie M. McClanahan (Keen); her son Randall Horn; and her siblings, Betty Hardy, Jerry McClanahan and Mary Rossell.
She is survived by: her family Bluegrass; her son Randy; her friends, Roger and Chet; her husband Emery Claude Horn of Fenton; her sons, Larry Horn (Lisa) and Kenneth Horn (Carol Armstrong); her grandchildren, Rachel Kidder (Justin), William Horn (Molly), Ryan Horn (Tiara) and Kyle Horn; her great grandchildren, Mason, Estella Rose and Rhett; and her sisters, Wanda Cantrell (Carl), Peggy Horn, Lynda McClanahan (Gary Parr) and Joanne Eleades (Erin Vic). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
