He was predeceased by: his father Frank Frutchey; and his grandparents, Raymond, Helen Gasiewicz, Rex and Birdie Frutchey.
He is survived by: his mother Diane Frutchey (Gasiewicz) of East Tawas; his daughter Payton Frutchey of Fenton; his siblings, Amy Storms (Michael) of New Orleans, LA and Mark Frutchey (Carrie) of Grand Blanc; his stepsiblings, Tera Beaty of Seattle, WA and Todd Beaty (Tobi) of Davison; his former wife Trina Whisman of Fenton; his nephews, Nicholas Storms, Dylan Storms and Tyler Beaty; and his niece Tiffany Frutchey. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
