Maryanne Rose Chmielewski Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 26, 2025, at the age of 95, Maryanne Rose Chmielewski of Fenton, Michigan passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Maryanne Rose Chmielewski to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kopydlowski and Rose Kopydlowski (Marchewitz); her husband Chester Chmielewski; her son Robert Chmielewski; and her son-in-law Billy Blackwell.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathleen Blackwell of Fenton and Joann Franklin (Lonnie) of Hartland; her grandchildren, Kimberly (Bill), Robert (Nicole), Sara (Jacob), Mellissa (Jamel) and Kyle (Elizabeth); and her great grandchildren, Benjamin, MaKayla, Dylan and Zoey. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St John the Evangelist Catholic Church (600 N Adelaide St, Fenton, MI 48430). A rosary will be held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church (600 N Adelaide St, Fenton, MI 48430). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Great Lakes National Cemetery (4200 Belford Rd, Holly, MI 48442).
Memorial contributions would be appreciated to the wishes of the family c/o Joann Franklin to assist with the care of Maryanne's daughter, Kathleen Blackwell.
