She was predeceased by: her parents, Dallas Jupe and Agnes Jupe (Smith); and her husband Dennis Michael Burris. She is survived by: her children, Eric Burris (Cathy) of Chelsea and Jennifer Goings (Robert) of Gaines; her grandchildren, Nicholas, Jacob, Abigail Burris, Bryce and Allyson Goings; and her siblings, Jesse Jupe (Patty) and Donna Tester (Randy).
