It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Martha Partlo (Fenton, Michigan), born in Clare, Michigan, who passed away on May 24, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Forest Lickert and Tena Lickert (Blaauw); her husband Oscar Partlo; and her brother Fred Lickert. She is survived by: her daughters, Brenda Costigan (Terry) and Tena Richie (Craig); her grandchildren, Kyle, Brianna (Erika Costigan), Oscar and Olivia (Owen Richie); and her siblings, Ralph Lickert (Sandy) and Mary Ann Lee (Bob). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
