He is survived by: his parents, Edward Chalut and Mary Chalut (Baksa); his wife Melissa Thomas; his children, Jacob Chalut of Lansing and Samatha Chalut (Mitchell Hicks) of Auburn Hills; and his siblings, Renee Sly (James), Michael Chalut (Kerry), Suzanne Burnash (Paul) and Edward Chalut (Geanene). He is also survived by nieces and nephews, several grandnieces and grandnephews.
