She is survived by: her children, Jody (Jeff), Andy (Julie), Tom (Jenny) and Christena (Mark); her grandchildren, Art (Aubrey), Zach, Emily, Erin, Max, Abby, Ben, Tom and Lauren; her children, Brett and Lainie Lou; her stepgrandchildren, Derek and Danielle; and her great grandchildren, Ellie and Evan.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Marilyn's honor to the Medical Team Hospice.
