He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Michael J. Murphy and Evelyn C. Murphy; his siblings-in-law, Sandy Murphy and Frank Cox; his daughter Megan Murphy; his stepmother Joan Russ-Murphy; and his siblings, Mike Murphy (Mary Ellen), Tim Murphy (Pam), Shawn Lewis (Dale), Tom Murphy (Suzy), Allison Johnson (Gordon), Scott Russ (Sarah) and Renee Marble (Tom). He was also cherished by nieces, nephews and friends.
