He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Buffmyer and Leona Buffmyer (Reimer). He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Jeff Buffmyer (Kacie) and Brianna Whitener (Jacob); his grandchildren, Malachi and Eli; his siblings, Michael Buffmyer (Marlene) and Julie Berz (Ralph); his nephew Steve Buffmyer; and his niece Michelle Sieffert (Steven).
