He is survived by: his wife Jody McIntyre; his sons, Jeffery Elkins (Jennifer) of Johnson City, TN, Jason Elkins (Shelli) of Hendersonville, TN and Travis Elkins (Crystal) of Fenton; his grandchildren, Douglas, Danielle, Todd, Kianna, Logan, Cody, Dylan, Isabella, Stone and Rylee; and his siblings, Oscar Elkins (Mary) and Kyna Jabr. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
