She is survived by: her parents, Terry Humphrey and Laurie Humphrey (Nugent); her husband Jason; her children, Andrew Smith, Alyssa Humphrey, Jordan Fox and Ashley Fox; and her grandchildren, Malachi and Charli.
Due to Covid-19 and government regulations, only 25 people will be allowed in the chapel at one time.
