He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Ostrowski and Blanche Ostrowski; his sons, Joseph Ostrowski and David Ostrowski; his wife Barbara Ostrowski; and his son-in-law Frederick Freeman.
He is survived by: his children, Lauralee Ann Freeman (Frederick), Michael A Ostrowski (Jacqueline) and Daniel Ostrowski (Heather); and his great grandchildren, Kimberly Henke (Naudia Tabor), Riley Freeman (Danny Lee Harvey), David Joseph Ostrowski, Taylor Ostrowski, Jake Ostrowski, Jackson Ostrowski and Callahan Ostrowski. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, great-grand children.
