He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Dixner and Margaret Dixner; his brother Philip Wayne Dixner; and his former wife Suzanne Caley (Gabourie). He is survived by: his daughter Kirsten Dixner Young (Matt Dixner Young); his grandson Benjamin Dixner Young; his son Philip Dixner (Mary Melcher); his grandsons, Garrison, Braeden, Ryland, Corbin Dixner, David Dixner (Jennifer Busch) and John Edward Dixner; his wife Susan Darby Parrish of Gainesville, FL; his stepchild J. Parrish (Sarah McKune); his grandchildren, Matilda, James and Henry Parrish; his daughter Amanda Reed (Cole Reed); his grandchildren, Elizabeth and Montgomery Reed; his stepson Darby Parrish; his sister Janet Warren (Grady); and his close friend Dr. David Price (Jane).
Visitation was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St John the Evangelist Catholic Church (600 N Adelaide St, Fenton, MI 48430). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
