With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Alton Forbes of Fenton, Michigan, born in Flint, Michigan, who passed away on March 1, 2023 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father John G. Forbes; and his grandparents, June Lifsey, Jack and Cecilia Forbes. He is survived by: his mother Beverly J. Forbes (Lifsey) of Naples, FL; his sister Lisa Porritt (Rick) of Naples, FL; his stepmother Violet Forbes of Seminole, FL; his uncle Al Lifsey (Joyce) of Fenton; his aunt Bonnie Mathis (Dave) of Fenton; and his nephews, Nick Porritt (April) and Derrick Porritt.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions in John's memory would be appreciated to Adopt a Pet Fenton.
