With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan Mary Farhat of Fenton, Michigan, born in Grand Rapids, Michigan, who passed away on May 29, 2022 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Karol and Joan Karol (Szczepanek); her son James Farhat; and her brother Joseph Karol. She is survived by: her husband George Farhat of Fenton; her children, Michael Farhat (Karen Connell) of Tallahassee, Florida and Kathy Farhat-Tomaszewski (Steven Tomaszewski) of Fenton; her grandchildren, Mikayla, Ashley Madison (Colin Zaporski), Caden Farhat-Tomaszewski, Nicholas Farhat, Katelyn Adamus (James) and Jennifer Hales (Justin); and her sister Barbara Marshall. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and godchildren.
