He was predeceased by: his father Leroy Waite. He is survived by: his wife Michelle Waite; his children, Alexander Waite and Molly Waite; his son-in-law Ton Fiselier; his mother Gretchen Waite; and his siblings, Kathryn, Krista, Jennifer, Eric, Peggy, Tammy and Daniel.
