He was predeceased by: his parents, Reverend Birger and Bertha Dahl (Olson); and his wife Karen Dahl. He is survived by: his children, Jeff Dahl (Trish Thomas), Mike Dahl (Angie) and Susi Elkins (Tim); his grandchildren, Carolyn Dahl, Katie Dahl, Kelsea Dahl, Tanner Gibson, Amelia Elkins and Alex Elkins; his brother Stephen Dahl (Sharon); his nieces, Carolyn Harvey (Scott), Lindsey Harris (Robert) and Wendy Dahl; and his close friend Kathy Dwyer.
