He was predeceased by: his brother Andrew Moxam; and his parents, Beth Moxam and Keith Moxam. He is survived by: his significant other Linda; his daughters, Angela Smith (Buster) and Sarah Hess (Lucas); his grandchildren, Sophia Hess, Essence, Jaelon, Justice and Lee Smith; and his siblings, Frank Moxam and Molly Kalifut (Gregg). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
