He was predeceased by: his parents, Rueben Crandell and Agnes Crandell (Ward); his wife Arlayne; his son Glenn, Jr.; and his son-in-law David Barnes.
He is survived by: his daughter Linda Barnes of Fenton; his daughter-in-law Ellen Crandell; his grandchildren, Brandon (Erin Barnes) of Florida, Brianne Barnes of Ohio, Chris (Danielle Crandell) of Swartz Creek and Richard (Angie Crandell) of Chesaning; and his siblings, Ann Windom of Linden, Barbara Craven of Grand Blanc, Joan Tait of West Branch and William Crandell of Fenton. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
