She is survived by: her children, Debi Lucas (Kevin), Frank Kozlowski (Mary) and John Kozlowski (Wendy); her grandchildren, Jason Kozlowski (Jill), Bridget Goudelock (Darnell), Amy Yarina (Robby), Jim Phair (Jessie), Frank Kozlowski (Brooke), Alessandra Stanton (Caleb), Christopher Kozlowski (Megan) and Carly Kozlowski (Austin); and her great grandchildren, Eli, Isaac, Auden, Darnell III, Charlotte, Paige, Levi, Frank III, Oliver, Adelaide and Caleb II.
