George Said Farhat Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Said Farhat of Fenton, Michigan, who passed away on November 23, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of George Said Farhat to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Said Farhat and Bahia Farhat (Hannoun); his wife Joan Karol; his son James Farhat; his siblings, Georgette Farhat, Said Farhat, Maurice Farhat and Anis Farhat; and his caregivers, Judy Bouton and Jacqui Yankas.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Farhat (Karen) of Monticello, FL and Kathy Farhat-Tomaszewski (Steven Tomaszewski); his grandchildren, Jennifer Hales (Justin), Nicholas Farhat, Mikayla Farhat-Tomaszewski, Katelyn Adamus (James), Ashley Farhat-Tomaszewski (Colin Zaporski), Madison Farhat-Tomaszewski (Michael Nadolski) and Caden Farhat-Tomaszewski; his siblings, Laurice Sardy, Mary Fotis, Edmond Farhat (Christine) and Jamal Farhat (Patricia); and his sister-in-law Kathleen Farhat. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel (1000 W Silver Lake Rd, Fenton, MI 48430). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St John the Evangelist Catholic Church (600 N Adelaide St, Fenton, MI 48430).
