She was predeceased by: her parents, John Sawka and Mary Sawka (Gurska); and her husband Frederick Drapala. She is survived by: her children, John (Sheila), Mark (Sharon), Lori Kunkel and Rick; her grandchildren, Kara (Daniel), Zachary, Emily (Justin), Evan (Elizabeth), Jillian (Duggan), Jacob, Thaddeus (Isabella), Halle (Zachary) and Noah; and her great grandchildren, Sophia, Julian and Simon.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM. A rosary was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 4:30 PM to 5:00 PM at the Sharp Funeral Homes - Fenton Chapel (1000 W Silver Lake Rd, Fenton, MI 48430). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Rita Catholic Church (309 E Maple St, Holly, MI 48442).
