It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gene L. Phillips (Fenton, Michigan), who passed away on May 22, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Rosemary A. Phillips; and his brother-in-law Helmut Linden. He is survived by: his children, Kathy Milhizer, Donna Phillips and David Phillips (Kim); his grandchildren, Steven Houck, Scott Ruggles (Shelby), Angela Norris (Thomas), Courtney Palen (Ted), Lauren and David Phillips II (Chelsea); his great grandchildren, Logan, Lainey, Brooks and Isaac; and his sisters-in-law, Marian Linden (late Wilfred) and Joan Linden.
