He is survived by: his wife Carmen; his siblings, Barbara (French) and David Goldsworthy (Betty); his children, Mark Goldsworthy (Corinn), Michael Goldsworthy, Sr. (Janice), Timothy Goldsworthy (Jennifer) and Janice Graham (Michael); his grandchildren, Stephanie Staley, Danielle Ward (Ryan), Jessica Grover (Jacob), Isabella Staley, Peyton Staley, Audrey Ward, Courtney Howard (Matt), Vivienne Howard, Sophia Howard, Cecelia Howard, Frances Goldsworthy, Michael Goldsworthy (Jen), Nicholas Goldsworthy (Mallory), Ben Goldsworthy, Matt Goldsworthy (Sara), Steven Goldsworthy, Andrew Goldsworthy, Alex Graham and Ian Graham; and his caregivers, Terrie Glassbrook and Kalie Lavrack. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and many wonderful friends.
