We are sad to announce that on February 8, 2021, at the age of 87, Francis Belill of Fenton, Michigan, born in Flint, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Belill and Dorothy Belill (Zuellig); his wife Barbara Belill; and his brother Ronald Belill. He is survived by: his mother-in-law Barbara Jean Allen; his children, Deborah Barnes (David) and Francis Belill; his grandchildren, Courtney Barnes, Emily Barnes and Zachary Belill; and his sister-in-law Joanne Belill.
