We are sad to announce that on October 18, 2022, at the age of 77, Eddie P. Prater of Fenton, Michigan, born in Hurley, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Edward; his siblings, Ricky Marrs and Virgie Stacy; and his granddaughter Taylor Malone. He is survived by: his wife Betty Keene; his daughters, Pauletta Eickhoff (Clayton), Tammy Malone (Robert) and Carla Senger (Kent); his grandchildren, Jeremy Hibbard (Kelly Doyle), Joshua Hibbard (Katie), Lacy Stebbins (Mike), Jordan Senger (Paula), Brandon Senger, Dylan Malone, Baily Malone and Erin Hibbard; his great grandchildren, Olivia, Jackson, Ella, Ryder, Tanner, Emmy, Paisley, Brooklyn, Josie and Autumn; and his siblings, Linda Wolford (Farley), Judy Harlow (Dave), Jimmy Marrs, Denver Marrs (Marla), Kay Stiltner, Brad Marrs (Vickie) and Marsha Miller (Craig). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
