She was predeceased by: her parents, Ludwik Sniechowski and Zofia Sniechowski (Krupa); her former husband Frederick J. Sieradzki, Jr.; her son Frederick J. Sieradzki III; and her grandson Justin Smith.
She is survived by: her husband Fred; her children, Nicholas David Sieradzki (Lynn), Alan "Skip" A. Sieradzki (Dianna) and Cynthia M. Smith; and her grandchildren, Ashley of Frederick, IV, Sarah, Nick Jr., Nathanael, Alan A. Jr., Jessica, Ryan, Kyle and Owen. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the St. John Chapel Building Fund.
