She was predeceased by: her parents, John Claude and Shirley Joan Kohler (Nuzum). She is survived by: her husband Robert Thomas Jacques; her children, Gregory Jacques and MIchelle Ray; her grandchildren, Tyler Ray, Austin Ray, Layla Ray and Isabelle Ray; and her sister Deborah Kohler.
