He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Smith Tobias and Beatrice Marie Tobias (Kirkpatrick); and his siblings, Adella Wildman, Jean DeDominces, Joann Corleu, Betty Redman, Mona Beach, Robert Tobias and Leo Tobias.
He is survived by: his wife Annetta Meyer; and his sister Wanda Brink. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, many great-nieces and great-nephews and many great-great nieces and great-great-nephews.
